Several times during the year St. Peter's Anglican Church publishes a "Parish Life" booklet of upcoming activities, programs, study groups, and social events. Please check the current issue for upcoming activities and events.
Coffee Hour
This casual parish fellowship time follows each service and is where members, visitors and special guests can visit, discuss issues, and just generally chat over coffee or juice and snacks.
Crew Dinners
This is a small group program where participating members of the parish meet monthly during the spring and fall in group member's homes for dinner and prayer. Participants rotate each month, and all share in hosting the activity and providing the meal.
Movie Group
On a monthly basis members of the parish are invited to attend a selected current movie, and then meet following the showing for discussion. Discussion generally centers around "How did we see God and religion in action in this movie?".
Bicycling Outings
Once a month during the summer a family bicycling ride takes place on one of the local trails we have been so blessed with. All members of the family are invited to participate in this fun activity.
Golf Outings
During the summer and early fall months members of the parish who are golfers engage in a monthly golf outing at a local Fort Collins or Loveland course. This non-competitive activity is open to all members of the parish and their guests regardless of golfing skill or mathematical ability. Following each golf outing the participants meet for a potluck meal.
Fly Fishing
Several parishioners enjoy fly fishing, and each spring and summer several outings are planned. Instruction is usually provided for people new to the sport.
Hiking/Outdoors Group
Usually on a monthly basis when good weather warrants, hiking and other outdoor events are organized on local trails and in local parks. Treks are designed to be inclusive of all who enjoy the outdoors and appreciate God's beautiful outdoor environment.
Garden Tours
During the summer months parish members open their gardens for tours. Whether vegetable or flower, the variety of garden tours always bring a positive feeling of the blessings and bounty the Lord has bestowed on us.
Other events and activities are scheduled as desires or opportunity allow
